All Stars Cricket Coaching
Beckenham Cricket Club – Summer 2023
Introducing children aged five to eight years old to the sport and teaching them new skills.
Personal reference:
“I write as the chair of the junior cricket section at Beckenham Cricket Club and as the lead Activator for the club’s All Stars cricket programme. All Stars cricket is a national cricket programme established by the English Cricket Board to introduce children aged between 5 and 8 to cricket.
Ben volunteered to support the All Stars sessions at Beckenham Cricket Club during the summer of 2023. The aim of the sessions is to encourage children who are new to cricket and to ensure that they play the game in a friendly, safe and enjoyable environment.
Ben was a very willing and effective assistant coach. He established an excellent rapport with the children, their parents and our other assistant coaches and performed his role in a mature and professional manner.
I would highly recommend Ben for any similar roles. His positive attitude and enthusiastic support contributed greatly to the success of our All Stars programme.
I would be very happy to discuss any aspect of this reference and can be contacted on 07931 312946 or at: neilklcoulson@gmail.com”
